Our Story at Salt Creek Dental

With nearly a decade of experience in the dental field, I’ve been a dedicated Dental Assistant since 2016 and currently serve as the Office Lead at our practice. I pride myself on creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Known for being outgoing, approachable, and highly organized, I help keep our office running smoothly while making sure everyone—patients and team members alike—feels at ease and cared for. Whether I’m assisting chairside or managing daily operations, I bring positive energy and a genuine passion for helping others.

Graduate of University of Texas Dental Branch 1978, I have been practicing in Graham since 1980. We have always had a deep involvement in the community affairs. My wife (Pam) and I have 5 grown children and 14 grandchildren. We enjoy traveling, golf, pickleball, music and chasing grandkids around. I enjoy employing all the new dental technologies as we acquire them.

Tiffany has been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) since 2018 and is a valued member of our dental team. With a strong commitment to patient care and comfort, she brings both skill and compassion to every appointment. Tiffany enjoys helping patients feel at ease and supporting the team in providing excellent dental care.

I have worked in the dental field in various capacities for 38 years. I have a deep affection for our patients and enjoy the fast pace.

I am a registered Dental Hygienist at Salt Creek Dental with nearly 11 years of experience in the field. I earned a degree in Dental Hygiene from Amarillo College and proudly call Graham, TX home. My small-town roots inspire a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with patient care always as the top priority. Outside of the office, I enjoy life on the ranch with my husband of nearly 10 years and our two young daughters.

As a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist with over 27 years experience in the dental field, I seek to provide comprehensive dental care with a gentle touch.  I graduated from Midwestern State University in 2003 where I received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and am certified by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. With nearly twenty two years of experience as a dental hygienist, I am committed to using my expertise to help patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Throughout my career, my focus has been to continuously enhance my skills as a clinician, gain industry related knowledge, and educate my patients along the way.

I’ve been in dentistry for over 23 years, starting in 1992 with on-the-job training to earn my RDA. Over the years, I’ve worked chairside, in the front office, and as an office manager. After moving with my husband’s career, I returned to Graham and rejoined Dr. Scott’s team. I now work part-time, helping keep the office running smoothly by cleaning rooms, sterilizing instruments, seating patients, and assisting as needed. I’m excited to be part of the team as we grow under Dr. Chappell’s leadership.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a dental hygienist, I am passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles. I love building relationships with patients and take pride in making them feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. My goal is to support each patient’s journey toward better oral health through gentle, personalized care and education.

I’m a dental assistant at Salt Creek Dental. I’m 22, married, and a proud mom to a fun-loving two-year-old. I love what I do and enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. I’m a laid-back person who likes to bring a calm, positive energy to everything I do.
